Burning Seed, and
Red Earth City
1) Burning Man Australia's primary purpose is to help local Burners connect with each other, while bringing Burning Man principles and culture into their local communities. This is achieved by providing support to the Burning Man Project's regions in Australia, their Regional Contacts and participating communities.
2) Burning Seed is an Australian Regional Gathering which is conducted by the Red Earth City organisation, enabled by its company Red Earth City Pty Ltd.
3) Red Earth City is a national organisation formed by the company Red Earth City Pty Ltd.
The organisation connects the BMA space with the default world, enabling the Australian footprint of the Burning Man Project, which has headquarters in San Francisco.
Red Earth City Pty Ltd ABN 72 141 969 226 is a Private Proprietorship Company, registered federally with ASIC and incorporated with a Constitution.
The original Constitution was changed, by the founding members, so it can be conducted in a 'Not For Profit' way, allowing it to pursue its purposes that uphold Burning Man principles and the aspiration's of the Burning Man Project.
The Red Earth City organisation operates with 2 (two) independent standing committees of Red Earth City Pty Ltd's Board, for enabling:
a) Burning Seed; and
b) Burning Man Australia.
